- [S144] Staff, Obituary: Giermann, Christopher, (Name: Busch Funeral and Crematory Services; Location: Avon Lake, Lorain, Ohio, United States; Date: 12NOV2021;), Obituary: Giermann, Christopher. 12NOV2019.
Christopher Giermann, 31, originally of Avon Lake, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019. Christopher graduated from HEARTS where he excelled in athletics, playing soccer, basketball and baseball. In recent years, he built his career in car sales where he was able to use his outgoing personality, caring nature and strong work ethic to develop many satisfied customers.
Christopher had a true zeal for life and always enjoyed living in the moment. He loved being the life of the party with his engaging, outgoing personality and made sure everyone else was happy and enjoying themselves. Christopher loved animals and adopted a number of pets in need of a loving forever home. He enjoyed cooking and grilling for family and friends, and if there was a food that could be deep fried, he likely tried it in his deep fryer. He was a lifelong, loyal fan of all Cleveland sports teams, especially the Browns.
More than anything, though, Christopher loved being with his family. He is survived by his beloved parents Don and Ellen Giermann; loving siblings Lauren (Aaron) Hamer, Jacob Giermann and Melissa Giermann; cherished nephews Hugo, Hector and Rudy; grandfather Ronald Giermann; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandparents Joseph and Lenore McManamon and grandmother Eva Giermann.
Memorial contributions may be forwarded to an animal shelter of your choice.
